Our process is built around respecting your time and ensuring the project is completed efficiently and with precision. This way, you can enjoy your beautifully upgraded home and return to your daily routine without unnecessary delays.

We’ll reach out to you promptly, either right away or by the next day, to discuss your goals and vision for your home.
During this visit, we come to your project site to assess the space and understand the scope of work. Upon determining scope a rough estimate will be provided. In some instances, such as for a small project, pricing can be finalized.
You hire us to measure your space, build your plans, determine your allowances, create your timeline, and compile the pricing information into a Proposal. We generally charge 2% for basic plans, up to 10% for comprehensive blueprints and 3D renderings.
We review our Proposal and ensure it has an accurate and final scope. We then transform your Proposal into a Contract. You sign, pay your deposit, and we get busy!
Our team works with you to purchase and deliver any items that we have on your allowances. This includes fixtures, cabinets, special order items, and all the other items for your space. Meanwhile, our team gets your permits ready, schedules your subcontractors and installers, connects with vendors and sets a target start date!
Before we begin, we’ll walk through the site together to outline the next steps and set clear expectations for the coming weeks as we work to transform your home.
We bring your vision to life, and before you know it, your home will be transformed and upgraded. We work during the construction phase to build with accuracy and attention to detail. Your project will likely have different phases, and we guide you through the process to completion.
At the end of the project we get with you to review the project and create the Completion List, which contains any final items needing closure. We complete the list, and proceed to the Post-Project Walkthrough.
We’ll complete a final walkthrough together to ensure that the scope has been fulfilled. You'll pay us the final payment, and enjoy your new space!
We provide a 5-year warranty on workmanship, along with the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If an issue arises that falls within the terms of our warranty and contract, we’ll fix it for you at no additional cost.
For the first two years, we personally visit your home every six months to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. Even after the two-year period, we’re always available and happy to assist with any needs your home may have.
We stay on top of the latest building methods and materials, with a special focus on sustainability, efficiency, and eco-friendliness.
Alex and his team did a great job adding a second floor addition to my house. This bedroom/bathroom was built over the master bedroom that is on the first floor. He started on time and people showed up consistently until the job was completed. He was flexible and professional and made sure the job was done correctly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and I’ll be calling him again for my next significant home renovation project.
Alex was INCREDIBLE to work with. He did a complete gut and renovation of a full bathroom in my home and honestly it's the best room in the whole house.
